When contacting D & T Painting, we try to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Due to a large percentage of our customers being women, owner Diane completes most estimates, because women generally enjoy working with another woman. Diane will visit the client at his/her location for a consultation to ensure that she understands what they are looking for and what their goal is for the update. After the initial consultation clients receive a written estimate that only changes if items are added or deleted. If clients are in agreement with the estimate, D & T Painting will give an estimate of the completion date. The project will be done when scheduled, and all work will be completed before the crew leaves to start another project.
